  1. Thank you for the BJ Fogg podcast link. I will listen to it next. I have the _Tiny Habits_ book reserved on my library’s waitlist for my Kindle. Meanwhile, I just finished James Clear’s _Atomic Habits_ and also _The Power of Habit_ by Charles Duhigg. I am making some changes in my life based upon these books.

And, Janine, don’t feel bad about looking for the silver lining in all of this. My silver lining is that I am getting to spend 24/7 with my dog who is in her last stages of life according to my vet. But who knows? She may fool us all!

    1. Christy, it’s so wonderful that your dog is still with you and that you have this precious time together! Good for you for studying habits and making changes!

      1. I lost BearCub a few weeks ago when I had to send her to the Rainbow Bridge to wait for me. It was time. I read the Dog’s Last Will and Testament and decided to adopt a shelter pup named London. She is an 11-month-old black Lab mix puppy and full of energy and happiness. I love her. I had 1.5 years to come to terms with losing my beloved dog and was ready to welcome the doggo who rescued me from loneliness at KC Pet Project.

        1. Oh, Christy, I’m so sorry to hear you lost BearCub, though I know you treasured your time with her. I’m really glad to hear about London. I’m sure she’s providing you so much. –Janine
