I guess one example of “acting on my good impulses” is that I never miss the opportunity to compliment a stranger. If I see a woman wearing a pretty dress, I tell her so. If she looks particularly good in a certain color, I let her know. The expression on her face says it all. I like leaving an interaction knowing that i have made someone’s day.
