  1. I am in the process of creating new habits. I wrote up routines for morning, after-work, and bedtime and printed them out each day. I check off each task as I do it and they are starting to become ingrained. I tried to put them in an order that made sense to me, that I would think of one after doing another, so that I would remember it in the future without having to print it out. I guess this is like Janine’s idea of linking one habit to another. As I fine-tune this list over the course of the rest of this month, adding tasks here and there, I am planning on printing it onto cardstock, laminating it, and then using Vis-a-Vis markers to check tasks off each day so that my marks will wipe off and I don’t waster paper (and especially ink!). I don’t have any place to put a sticker chart, but I do LOVE checking off those things as I do them. I find that I can’t even feel like starting my day without having checked off most things on my morning routine list.
